Reservation / Deposit Policy
A $500 Damage Deposit authorization will be processed on your credit card 14 days prior to your rental date.
The authorization is removed by your credit card company approximately 14 days after the return of the trailer with no damage or additional required cleaning. It may take several days for the authorization to be fully removed from your account. This is due to Credit Card company policies and beyond our control.
Note: As with any holiday or vacation, RV Days strongly recommends that all customers carry trip cancellation/interruption insurance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy Oct 1, 2020
If you cancel within 24 hours of booking you will receive a full refund of all deposits or final payments made unless there is less than 45 days prior to your reservation date.
If you cancel within 60 days of reserving you will receive a refund of all monies paid less a $75 / week service charge.
If you cancel after 60 days of reserving you will not receive a refund.
Your final payment is due 45 days prior to your reservation date. If you cancel your reservation with less than 45 days notice you will not receive a refund.
